The 21st of Ramadan The 21st of Ramadan is two occasions, one is the night of Lailatul-Qadr and the other is the night of the martyrdom of Maulana Mu'taqian Ali Ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him). The first occasion of Laylatul Qadr: The Night of Power is the great night in which Allah Almighty revealed the great book, the Quran .
